昨天去了厲害的外國朋友Nate家吃飯

他放了一首他的偶像Duck Baker 演奏的吉他獨奏曲

叫contra Costa Dance

很吸引人的一段旋律

晚上就立刻寫信叫他寄給我

像duel 但卻只有一把吉他

編的很豐富的獨奏

為什麼說外國捧由很強呢

因為他做了道地的麻辣鴛鴦鍋!

都用了四川來的辣椒了

還切了十幾種菜

一個一個秀給你看 介紹完再下鍋

比餐廳還餐廳

Yesterday when I went to a friend's home to have dinner,

he was playing a song that I found it so attractive.

It's played by Duck Baker, called "Contra Costa Dance."

I sent him a letter to ask for this song right after I got home.

It's like duel but it's actually played by single guitar.

It's really chromatic.

My new friend, Nate is a cool guy.

He cooked genuine hotpot with chili pepper from sichuan.

He put dozens of vegetable and meat into it,

and introduce those ingredients to us.

It's even better than a restaurant.

昨天晚上三四點才睡著
睡了一個小時就因做惡夢起來
不是被嚇起來
而是在一個很低潮 很害怕的情況下走出夢境

因為害怕在夢到同樣夢境而不敢再入睡
小時候不知道有幾次這樣的經驗
但是這次 大概是我夢過最可怕的夢


想來比嗎

我夢到變態殺手喜歡搜集嬰兒的頭
我看到六對父母在我面前崩潰
母親歇斯底里地尖叫聲讓我好害怕
真的 我懷疑我心理有點變態

不知道是不是因為Loughner的新聞讓我做這個夢

這首Hush Hush Hush
是Herbie跟Annie Lennox 合作的歌
我第一次聽到的時候
覺得很感動

這首歌的作曲人是 Paula Cole
她寫這首歌
是寫給她一位患AIDS快要死的掉的朋友
因為她朋友是同性戀 一直得不到家人諒解
歌詞裡"Hush Hush Hush"
就是希望她朋友能安心的死去
唱出朋友的心聲

我覺得聽這首歌
從前面小調的鋼琴前奏
到後面的大調即興
有種到天堂的感覺
無比的安心

I suffered from insomnia last night.
Couldn't fall asleep until 3am.
I had a terrible nightmare that woke me up from the sleep last no longer than one hour.
I was really upset and afraid from my dream.

The fact that I was too scared to sleep happened many times when I was a child.
But this dream probably is the most scary dream in my life.

I witnessed six parents collapsed.
The sharp screams from the heartbroken mother really scared me out.
Is it possible that there's something wrong with my mind?

The smile from Loughner looks really creepy.

I still couldn't figure out why I dreamed such a terrible dream.
I am happy during daytime though.

The song above is performed by Herbie Hancock and Annie Lennox.
I was really touched when I first hear this song.

This song was wrote by Paula Cole.
She wrote this song for her friend who is dying of AIDS,
who can't get approval because of homosexuality.
Paula sing "hush, hush, hush" to her friends, meaning that
she wants him to die peacefully.

From minor scale prelude to the major scale improvisation in the end,
I really feel like I am in heaven.
Whenever I hear this song, I felt incomparable safeness.

最後的練習曲 Last Etude

高二升高三的暑假
花了三個月在練習的Bach
是我學長笛的終點曲
完全想不起來叫什麼名字
卻是個熟到不能再熟的旋律

花了一些時間找
Partita for solo flute in a minor
作品編號BWV1013

雖然每次吹得我下巴都要脫臼了
卻每天都想拿長笛來練習
很神奇的一首歌 換氣的位子很奇怪
每一句的結尾 都是下一句的開始
感覺一直往上攀爬 以為快走到了
又看到不同的路
只能用高潮迭起這四個字

只有一個樂器
還能這麼澎湃

James Galfway是我長笛老師心中的強者
雖然我覺得他除了巴哈 其他曲子都吹得有點做作
但他這首無伴奏真的詮釋的很精彩
技巧滿分

也是充滿回憶的一首歌

I spent eight years learning flute from elementary school to high school,
and this song was my last song wrote by Bach .
It took me three month to practice, yet I still forget the name of this song.

Ok,
It's called "Partita for solo flute in a minor."
And it's the first movement : Allamande.

Although I felt practicing this song would cause jaw dislocation,
I still couldn't stop but playing this song day after day.
This song is really amazing;
each note in the end of the sentences is also the start of the next.
You have to change your breath in a weird place of the sentence.
The ascending melody is just like climbing the mountain.
You think you're almost there, but it turns out there is long way to go.

It's really cool that a single instrument can create such a huge effect.

James Galfway, he is like my flute teacher's idol.
I don't like him that much because he plays pretentiously sometimes.
Anyway, not this song.
I'll give him full score for his skill and interpretation in this song.

Allamande, a song that full of my teenage memory.

今天去晚上吃太多 十點半跑去運動
