奇蹟

昨天我收到j的哥哥寄給我們的一封信
他說他想要跟我們分享一篇他寫的日記
三月二十六日
標題是 "on getting a sister- in-law"

看得我有點感動
對幸福的思考又多了那麼一點

他說
j自從跟我在一起後就比從前快樂很多
說我天生俱有讓j快樂的能力
這種能力不是爸媽或是身為哥哥的他能夠取代的
雖然只認識短短三年
相較於他認識j一輩子
卻能夠快速的瞭解他 且遠勝過他的家人

他以這句做整篇的結尾
“Truly it's a kind of miracle, is it not?”

我不確定我能不能讓他快樂永久
或是真的認識他很深很深比父母還深
但是
光是能讓對方快樂 覺得契合
這真是一種奇蹟

一個這樣金髮碧眼的男孩 長在隔了一個太平洋的加州
受的教育 文化和我截然不同
他聽bob dylan 我聽李宗盛
他聽u2 我聽周杰倫
我念唐詩 他念法國文學
我們如此不同
卻惺惺相惜
如此不同  我懂他 他也懂我
這如何不是一種奇蹟

最近的我情緒起伏非常大
做音樂真的讓人亢奮也讓人沮喪
我有時候把脾氣 把壓力丟給他
有時候他近到我看不清楚我們 以為他是我 我們是一個個體

這一篇短短的日記
又再次點醒我 我們為彼此存在的意義


今日主題曲是我們的主題曲
他最愛的bob dylan的to make you feel my love
他不會唱歌  卻常常在睡前在我耳邊低吟這首歌
雖然五音不全  但卻每每讓我感覺無比安心

bob dylan曾經多次被諾貝爾文學奬提名
他的歌通常旋律都非常非常簡單
但歌詞都非常詩意 且完整
文字很精準地表達意境
不像現今的流行歌 不停不停地重複歌詞
他每一段的詞都別出心裁 卻又與前後歌詞有一氣呵成的感覺

老師說他的歌詞很wordy 不要學
每次都說 你不是bob dylan 不要去寫落落長的歌詞
但是
能夠將美好的詩 與 文字 放進旋律裡
才是最高的藝術境界吧
