看著夕陽 再看看手錶
現在才下午四點半
每天看到日光漸漸消逝 心底覺得很不安
很害怕一種感覺
就是白天什麼都沒做就蹉跎結束了
不是說我是個多勤快的人
而是怕那個夜晚的空虛感

年紀漸長
控制情緒的能力卻越來越低
像班納博士一樣 很害怕生氣
因為一旦生氣 那隻可怕的綠怪獸就會吃了自己
我每天都很害怕空虛
一旦開始有這種感覺
就會吞噬了所有一切有意義的事物

每天都提醒著自己要珍惜一切
提醒著自己要快樂
我之前看了一部紀錄片叫happy
裡面心理學博士的確有說
快樂是項技能
是需要練習的
我一直記著這句話
有時候卻覺得好累
為什麼連要快樂都要練習呢？

james blake所重唱joni mitchell的a case of you
是我聽過所有版本裡最好聽最感人的
他的聲音性感不說
歌唱技巧真的很高
這首歌的歌詞與歌曲其實並沒有完全對在一起
有些旋律還沒唱完 歌詞已經到下一行了
但他每一個轉折跟咬字
卻是那麼自然
我聽了八百遍卻還是沒辦法抓到跟他一樣的唱腔
歌詞難抓
旋律難抓
拍點更是難抓

只有一台鋼琴伴奏
編曲簡單但每個音都有音樂性
給了vocal很大的發揮空間
也適時帶出情緒
如果這鋼琴不是james blake本人彈的
我會很驚訝也很敬佩
因為一般鋼琴伴奏不會有這麼多彈性 也不會有這樣的空間感

這首歌的mv我也很喜歡
雖然不知道到底在講什麼
有人說這在講bipolar
有人說在講毒癮
我個人是覺得
如果照歌詞的意思
you're in my blood like holy wine,
you taste so bitter and so sweet
這部mv就是單純在講他深愛的女人的喜怒哀樂
她的好與壞他的接受

整部mv只有一個女主角
她演得非常好
每次看到她最後哭得那裡都會起雞皮疙瘩
導演的功力也很好
換鏡跟james blakes唱歌轉折一樣
自然又讓人耳目一新
